How to Let Go of the Struggle in Manifestation

Do you know how to let go of the struggle when trying to manifest something new?

Letting go is perhaps the most important part of the manifestation process. This is especially true when it comes to the big dreams.

Because letting go is often a counterintuitive subject, I wanted to take a moment to explain the importance of it, and how to do it.

Lots of people believe that if they “let go” of their dreams, the dreams will not come to them.  They believe that in order to make the Law of Attraction work for these dreams, they must focus, focus, focus on what they want.

Now, focus CAN work, but it’s very important to understand that focus only works when it is accompanied with positive expectation.

When you pair focus with negative expectation, all you are focusing on is the fact that you don’t believe you are going to get what you want! Focusing on something you don’t believe you can have will result in you not receiving it.

So, what’s a conscious creator to do when he or she can’t focus on a subject in positive anticipation?

LET GO.  Honestly, you’ve got to let go.

Why let go of the struggle?

Holding on to a dream that is making you feel insecure, worried, anxious, angry or sad will not work for you.  You’ve got to let it go.

To be clear, letting go doesn’t tell the universe “I don’t want this thing.” Instead, letting go just says “I’m choosing to follow my happiness, and I’m choosing to let the universe figure this all out for me while I enjoy the ride.”

Letting go allows you to drop the negative focus/resistance that is holding you apart from your dream. It allows you to stop practicing the vibe that screams “I don’t think I can have this!!!”

For this reason, sometimes just the simple act of letting go is enough to snap a dream into focus.

This is why when you stop looking for something you’ve lost, you end up finding it. Funnily enough, it will probably be in a spot you’ve already checked a hundred times!

Letting go is also why your ex suddenly calls when you decide to move on with your life.

As you can see, letting go is very, very important for manifesting dreams. This is particularly the case for those dreams that just don’t seem to be materializing, despite all of your efforts.

So if there is something you’ve been working toward, and it just isn’t happening, consider letting go.  Consider dropping the subject. Consider putting this manifestation on the shelf for awhile. This way, you can get your “vibrational bearings” back, so to speak.

Here are a few effective things you can do to help in the process of letting go:

1. Use a positive mantra to let go of the struggle:

When you find your thoughts drifting back to the struggle, positive mantras can help.

Personally, I like these:

“Regardless of what happens, I know I everything is working out for me.”

“I know letting go is my best shot of turning this around, so I am going to let this go right now.”

2. Use distraction to let go of the struggle:

Sometimes we get a bit obsessed with the dream that isn’t “working” and we let it take control over our lives.

So, when you want to let go, it can be very useful to distract yourself with some other goals. Chances are, after all, there are a number of things you’d like to manifest. It’s a good probability that many of these things you haven’t given much attention to lately.

With this in mind, pick a few other dreams, and set your sights on them. Allow yourself to have some success boosting the quality of your life while you let the universe handle the details on the thing you’ve been struggling with.

The fun thing about distraction is that often these secondary dreams come pretty easily.  After all, when all of your resistance is tied up on one particular dream, you are often much more receptive to other goals and aspirations.

I hope these tips help you in the process of letting go. Letting go is something we all can struggle with from time to time, but it is something that can be done. In fact, it’s something we do all the time. There are many things we’ve released control of in the past.

Remember, positive anticipation is the magic ingredient in manifestation.  If you’ve got it, go with it, but when you don’t-let go and leave the details up to the higher source.

    ON 31st Dec , My bf stopped replying me on whatsapp ..Still i continued sending messages on whatsapp daily … and today i noticed that he blocked me…I still feel that i like him and want to be with him…Please help ..what should i do.? I don’t want to send him messages anymore

    can he come back again?
