Warning Signs From The Universe

Many people believe that things “just happen” to them, but as we connect more closely to our intuition we are shown that everything that happens to us is of our own creation.  We may not be fully aware of what we are creating moment to moment, but fortunately the universe provides us with many signs to let us know when we are on the right path, and (more importantly) when we are on the wrong path.  This article will focus on the warning signs from the universe.

In general, warning signs from the universe occur in the form of unwanted circumstances and events.  These signs are an indication that your energy is headed towards (or currently stuck in) a low vibrational frequency.  Your thoughts, feelings and actions are focused negatively, and this is creating unwanted circumstances.

Conversely, when your thoughts, feelings and actions are moving at a high vibrational frequency, life will line up perfectly.  You will have excellent timing and good luck all day long. This is why it’s so important to raise your vibration by consciously choosing positive thoughts.

Although we have the ability to resonate at a high vibrational frequency, it is challenging for us to stay elevated all of the time. This is because our souls are stuck here on Earth in a physical dimension that is much denser and slower than the higher, ethereal dimensions.  The simple makeup of our planet and bodies is composed of much lower vibrational energy than that of our souls.

As a result, we will likely bump up against unwanted circumstances from time to time, but that’s ok.  As long as we heed these warning signs (without allowing our egos to fixate on them!) we can get back on track quickly.

As you move through your day, it’s a good idea to take note of the warning signs from the universe.  Here are a few examples of signs to be mindful of:

Warning Signs From the Universe

  1. Stubbing your toe
  2. Getting stuck in traffic
  3. Receiving dirty looks or snide remarks from others
  4. Getting injured
  5. Unexpected expenses or bills in the mail
  6. Uneasy gut feelings
  7. Arguments with your loved ones
  8. Getting sick
  9. Headaches
  10. Losing or breaking your possessions
  11. Unpleasant odors, sounds or tastes

Each of these signs is an indication that you need to center yourself and adjust your frequency.  When you encounter one of these warning signs, please stop! Do not keep working on that task, or having that conversation, or obsessing over that thought that you were just having because it is not taking you where you want to be.

Instead, take a deep breath, step away from the situation, or even take a minute to meditate if you are able to. If you catch these warning signs quickly and respond immediately, the simple act of centering yourself will stop the negative momentum.

As a final note, please try not to obsess over a warning sign.  Talking about it, thinking about it and replaying it your mind is a surefire way to lower your vibrational frequency.  Take it for what it is, a simple “stop sign,” and move on from it.  Please take care of your vibration; only give attention to the thoughts, feelings and actions that resonate with your soul’s natural frequency.

    Hi, I’m a student of music technology, a course that brings together aspects of musical theory with physics.
    What I understand from the phrase “low vibrational frequency” is that the fundamental frequency of say, C1 usually is about 32.7Hz, whereas D4 is 293.66 Hz which is higher in pitch, meaning that the cycles of sound energy are occurring at greater rates per second. I just don’t understand how sound energy or its movement could be connected to stubbing a toe (unless I jumped into furniture after being frightened by a sudden noise)or getting stuck in traffic. Surely, what you must be suggesting is 1) choose a sensible route to work 2) Avoid dangerous activities 3) Live within your means 4) Try to be respectful to others 5) Avoid uneccessary stress, 6) look after your belongings and 7) If it’s unpleasant to eat, then don’t.
    Receiving dirty looks as I walk down the street is quite commonplace for me due to my refusal to dress in mainstream attire. Not sure whether your recommendation is an exercise in people-pleasing, or a suggestion that I simply shouldn’t leave the house until I’ve learned how to be a bit more basic. Don’t worry, none taken! lol

  4. Hi Kat!

    I do see where you are coming from, I realize that this all probably seems very far-fetched to you (and many others!). If this stuff doesn’t work for you, that’s perfectly fine! We all need to make sense of the world in a way that works for us individually.

    However, since you seem interested, I’ll try to explain it using music-we’ll see if it resonates with you!

    If you think about music and sound, you can see how sound frequency plays out into the emotion of a song. Happy, upbeat songs tend to be in a higher octave, and use higher pitched instruments (think Alvin and the Chipmunks, or a flute solo). Sad songs tend to be slower, and deeper in pitch (Think Stairway to Heaven, Mozart’s Requiem is also a good example if you like classical music). Note that all songs have a variety of pitches and sounds, but sadder songs have a lower average frequency.

    As far as whether a low pitched sound will make you stub your toe or not depends on what your sum total frequency is. We are infinite creatures and our vibration is made up of all of the complexities that we are expressing in one total moment. This is similar to how a song is a collection of different frequencies but the total feel (vibration) of the song is the sum total of all its parts.

    Chances are, if you finish reading this reply and turn on a sad song to test it out you are not going to stub your toe because just one sound element wouldn’t be enough to throw off your whole vibration. You will, however, probably at begin to feel a little sad.

    On the other hand, If you’re listening to a sad song, while you’re in the middle of a divorce and your kids are screaming while you’re trying to talk to your attorney on the phone, I’d say it’s a lot more likely that you stub your toe. In this example your sum total frequency is very low to begin with.

    On a related note, in the metaphysical world it is considered a relatively known symptom for someone to hear a ringing in their ears (high pitch) when they are quickly transitioning into a higher frequency. Being lightheaded and dizzy are also common symptoms, but that’s not exactly pertinent to this discussion. lol

    So actually, I am not suggesting any of your suggestions 🙂 I think that all of those things will work themselves out on their own if you simply try to intentionally raise your vibration through trying to be as happy as possible. I WOULD recommend that you avoid listening to sad or low pitched music when you are sad…it will only keep you in that lowered state. Take it up a little bit higher if you want to pull yourself out of a funk.

  6. I now I should be taking care of my responsibilities, but have deliberately ignored them for some time. Bieng careless and iresponsible. I am constantly searching on the Internet trying to find things that don’t exist or are almost impossible to rediscover like who made this video game in
    1987 finding tiny clues when I should be taking care of normal responsibilitys even cleaning eating etc.
    So now there’s a H-U-G-E
    DARK BLACK. Water-bug COCKROACH SPOOKING ME RIGHT NOW For not doing my laundry and picking up a messy room!!! AM Afraid he’s going to crawl on me this Very Moment that am typing this and probly crawl on me as you are reading this now!!!!

    Universe I Get the message loud and clear, just let me finish this and I’ll get right back on track.. My skin is Crawling!!

    Hi I really liked your article Andrea and because I too believe in such universe signs, I need your advice now. I got in touch with my old college friend who was very close during my college days He helped me in my one recent project which was his area of expertise that’s why I seek help from him and he readily made him available despite of his busy schedule .We spoke everyday on phone Met couple of times ,I had good time with him ..I Had chats all day with him which was more often about the project but my husband got furious over the time and after having so much healthy trusted relationship and happy married life ,he asked me to stop all communication with this friend I am not the person who Wud forget all friend’s help for just the sake of my husband’s misunderstanding I tried to convince my husband and asked him to trust me .I feel very sad to say my helpful and savior friend a goodbye after taking so much help from him But as your article mentioned about 10 signs to stop..I met with an accident ,I had fights also with my husband and my gut feeling also said that I Shud listen to my husband But somehow I am still confused what to do At the same time one another project which was about to kick start with my initiative and efforts also is now question mark for me after my accident Should I stop that project also ? Already the people I am associated in that project are seemed to be very selfish and I was getting somehow hesitant to work with them and now my accident happened which made me complete bedridden for another 3-4 Months So please help me to decide whether I Shud continue my talk with my that old friend and also Shud I keep me in loop for this new project which also giving me gut feeling not to go ahead.please advice Thanks in Advance -Milly
