The Law of Attraction is always working, regardless of whether or not we are aware of it!
The Law of Attraction is a law that governs how all of our reality is created, not just things we try to push our mental focus on.
In other words, you attracted this article into your life. The computer, phone or tablet you are reading the article on you attracted as well. Beyond that, you attracted your current state of health, wealth, and relationships.
You attract the smile from the stranger in the street. You attract the rude person pushing past you at the grocery store.
All things, good and bad, are placed into our realities through the Law of Attraction. What we believe about ourselves and the world around us comes to pass in our environment constantly and consistently.
Now, it can be daunting to realize that everything going on in life is a result of what we are projecting through our thoughts, beliefs and expectations.
After all, we are constantly being bombarded with new things in our reality moment by moment! It’s a lot to try to keep track of.
With that being said, once we come to accept that the Law of Attraction is always working, life usually starts to get a lot easier.
I’ve met and worked with lots of students of the LOA who have found that there’s an easy trick to making moment-to-moment manifestations better and better.
The solution? Focus on how you FEEL.
Yes, it can definitely be fruitful to set your eyes on a big goal and manifest it. However, if you walk through life constantly checking in with how you feel, you’ll find something even better happens. You start to become happier on a consistent basis.
So, throughout your day I invite you to check in with how you feel. When you feel good, you are in the process of attracting good things.
You don’t have to take my word for it, by the way. You’ll see the evidence in real-time. The cashier will be nicer to you, traffic will flow smoother and your kids will be on better behavior.

When you aren’t feeling good, you’ll find the opposite is true. So, when you aren’t feeling good always take a moment to stop and pause. Ask yourself: “what could I do RIGHT NOW that would make me feel a little better?” Then, go do that.
So many people navigate their lives by schedules and deadlines. However, when you start navigating your life by following the good feelings, the real magic starts to happen.
