    This is gold, Andrea. Thank you! I literally felt a shift as you were explaining how freeing it can be to allow yourself to experience anger or frustration or whatever negative emotion may come across. It makes so much sense…so simple yet so deep!!!!

    Thank you for this video! it was exactly what i needed to allow myself to really get to the next level of staying in my ‘happy place’ , vortex or whatever people personally like to call it. This small video was soooo life changing for me and as the other person commented, i absolutely felt a shift within myself. After i watched the video, i got it, it made so much sense and i was totally not validating my feelings or thoughts so i would in general skip that whole entire process. Thank you so much for sharing this helpful trick. After i watched the video i did a little work with myself and immediately sensed a shift and i was effortlessly able to shift into my higher vibration place. It actually surprised me at how easily and quickly this worked for me. I was not expecting my body to just naturally adjust (in the physical way) to follow suit with my positive/gratitude habits i already have established. Ever since i have been internally practicing this technique, i shouldn’t call it a trick, it is so much more than that. So ever since i have been practicing this, when a negative thought or feeling comes up. I will never, ever say to myself or tell someone again to ‘let it go, you’ll feel better….etc.’ i know it’s important to validate and only then can one truly move on and let go so that space can be filled with positive energy. I read all of your emails, watch your videos, not a member yet (i’ve been an LOA practicer for a long time now and really try to look for new things, new techniques to help elevate where i’m at, i don’t see a cap or limit on what i can do or where i can take myself). It was only AFTER i watched the video, that i realized how much of an area this was still an issue for me in being able to ‘more fully’ raise my energy/vibrations. This is awesome and i’m soooo thankful!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!! It makes me feel awesome and sends me to my ‘happy place’ (vortex) in just talking about it. I just shared this with my husband today so i can’t wait to get his feedback on how it helps him.
