I get quite a few questions on how to lose weight with the Law of Attraction!

So today, I want to discuss something useful on this topic. I’ve discovered there is a very common behavior that often accompanies weight gain.

Now, this behavior may seem totally unrelated to how much you weigh, but years of experience in helping people apply the LOA has taught me it is indeed highly related.

As you watch this video, it will probably be easy for you to make a connection between this behavior with people you know who struggle with their weight.  For example, while watching, consider how this paradigm affects new mothers who struggle to get the baby weight off!

With all of that being said, if you’ve been struggling with your weight, I urge you to watch today’s video. See if this behavior applies to you, and if so, be sure to use the suggestion at the end of the video for a simple correction. This behavior is quite easy to correct, if you are committed to correcting it!

    My 15 year old daughter is currently suffering from an eating disorder and has lost a lot of weight to the point that she is skeletal. She told me – during a conversation about something else – that she does not feel worthy of anything, she feels like she is a burden to everyone around her. This makes sense with what you have said here with regards to weight gain and the feeling that you have to be there to give and to be there for other people. Two sides of the same coin – does that make sense? The body being a physical representation of what is going on then the mind :/

  6. As long as you are happy with the weight loss Anonymous, I’d imagine it doesn’t really matter how it occurred-there are an infinite number of ways one may attract weight loss-you just managed to get into alignment with at least one of them <3
