22 POWERFUL Louise Hay Affirmations

I just LOVE Louise Hay affirmations. Maybe you do (or will) too!

Louise Hay is a well-revered motivational author and the founder of Hay House (a mecca for motivational and life-improving publications).

She is best known as an author for her 1984 book “You Can Heal Your Life” and she has a fantastic message of positive thinking and personal responsibility.

Here are some of my favorite Louise Hay affirmations. I hope you enjoy them!

  1. “The point of power is always in the present moment.”
