Letting Go of Attachments (Step-by-Step!)
Letting go of attachments is one of the most valuable LOA skills out there.
So today, I’ll share with you a simple step-by-step process I use regularly.
Remember, practice makes perfect. Repeat this process whenever you feel yourself “clinging” to outcomes. With repetition, this will become a very useful habit for you.
Enjoy the video!

Thank you, Andrea. This is extremely helpful and just what I need. Any advice on how to continue to stay detached when it does start to manifest in your life?

Good question Leigh, may have to create a video around this question 🙂

Thanks a lot Andrea for this awesome video. First one hit me hard ‘Obsession doesn’t work’. Woow !!!
Jo
How does this work, I mean we still after do affirmations everyday and visualise every day and write statements we are told. Isn’t doing this attachment. And if we don’t think about it, or not bothered doesn’t that mean we sending a message we don’t want it anymore. Hope I am making sense here.

Thanks Priyal 🙂

Hi Jo, yes…requiring oneself to do those kinds of things does reinforce attachment. Insistence = resistance <3
Nigel
Interesting video, and going on from Jo´s question, are you saying that we should stop doing daily affirmations, as I do, of all the things we want because that creates attachment?
If that is the case, how do we, or what do we do to attract these things into our lives?
Andrea Schulman
Hi Nigel, it depends on how the affirmations feel. If doing affirmations feels like a chore or highlights your worry or anxiety in anyway I would put them down
