That gym analogy was totally crap. Off course out of shape people are gonna look like they are struggling and working harder. Its harder for them in the first place due to the sheer amount of effort they have to put in to get results.
The people already in shape are just maintaining and don’t have to work so hard.
So I’ve been trying to manifest cheques in the post;
Week 1: my brother received €1200 in the post – unexpectedly
Week 2: my husband gets £80.88 in the post – unexpectedly
I’m living a great life taking it easy … I’m wondering though is there a reason why the cheques haven’t directly come to me!!!

Well I think that gym thing is very good analogy. I’ve noticed it with work colleagues also, & sometimes it pays to observe. There are those who relax doing their job effectively & very efficiently even if situations seem at first chaotic they remain very chilled out sorting any issue that arises. However there are those at the other end of the scale & appear hassled, hating anything that goes array & the result is absolute chaos, bad energy. I’m not saying that people don’t work hard or work quickly to resolve issues but they do so calmly & the result produces harmony & better results.
The gym thing for any who missed it is not a difference of in or out of shape, it’s simply knowing a correct way to execute each exercise to achieve results, how to eat properly, how to nourish their minds & bodys. The gym newbie knows neither. Training of any description is all in your mind, including your weight & shape. Apply this concept to 1’s life & it will change immediately!
I’m a personal trainer and I completely agree with the gym analogy. I teach boxing and gear my sessions to everyone’s different wants and needs. I make the workouts fun and push my clients just beyond what they think they can do but not beyond I know they can do. They need something left in the tank for the rest of the day. It’s true if you don’t do it properly then you will, huff puff struggle and injure yourself and give up. I’m not saying everyone should get a personal trainer that’s not financially possibly for many people, but just do research before working out, there are so many guides on line. Find the very best and if it starts to really hurt for goodness sake don’t try to “ push through the pain” . The happiest people in my gym are the Spin Class teachers, I encourage everyone to take a spin class, the music is brilliant, it’s dark so no one is judging you , just go at your own pace, you will definitely come out feeling high

From time to time I have an overwhelming feeling that strongly suggests the financial freedom I have been seeking these past 5 years is just about to manifest but then nothing happens and I return to listening to my affirmations and going about my day to to day what went wrong. I’m wondering Andrea what you make of this? Thanks.
Hi Chris, I’d say it’s likely you start to think it’s coming and then you start looking for it/worrying about it which pushes it back away. Try just getting back to your day immediately without dwelling on “it happening” at all <3. The good feeling in the moment is good enough-thank the universe for it and keep living life in the present.
Love watching all your videos. Please can you advice on how I can practice self love in order to maintain peace within myself and accept that I’m ageing as I am very critical of myself. Thank you
