4 Simple Consciousness Techniques to Enhance Performance

Did you know that humanity has discovered many consciousness techniques to enhance performance?

Of course, one of my main messages here on Raise Your Vibration TODAY is to encourage you to live in the moment, without paying much mind to planning ahead or thinking too far in the future.

However, with that being said, there are still going to be times when you know you’ll soon be “performing” in some capacity, and you want to do your best.

For example:

  1. Going in for a job interview.
  2. Meeting up on a blind date and wanting to put your best foot forward.
  3. Getting ready for a physical competition, a race or some other competitive event.
  4. Preparing to give a speech or lecture to a class or a group of people you manage.

I could go on, but I’m sure you get the picture…

So, today I’d like to share some of my favorite tips on enhancing your performance. These are strategies I regularly use before and during “performance” activities that help me stay aligned and in the flow of whatever it is I want to perform well in. Enjoy!

#1. Pre-Performance Meditation:

If something is SUPER important to you, chances are it has the potential to evoke feelings of anxiety and stress. As you probably know by now if you’ve been following my blog, these are lower vibrational emotions that keep us from performing at our highest level.

To alleviate anxiety and put you into a positive mental state prior to your performance, take a quick 10-15 minute time out and meditate! My favorite way to go about this is to find somewhere quite to lay down and listen to a guided meditation (there are lots of good ones for free on YouTube), but however you like to meditate is just fine.

#2. Ask for Assistance:

I’ve found it can be very useful to toss your intention for a quality performance up to the higher power you relate to (if you have one). I personally like to ask the universe or my higher self to guide me for an easy and fun performance, but you could also pray to angels, guides or God.

#3. Confident Body Language:

Moving into whatever “performance” I plan on undertaking, I become consciously aware of my body language. I actively use confident body posturing as I move into and work through my performance. For more information on confident body language, check out the video below:

#4.  Use Conscious Breathing:

Slow, deep, conscious breathing will help you maintain a stable and relaxed vibration both before and during your performance.

Now, I wouldn’t recommend overly-analyzing your breath, but if you feel tension arise, try out the breathing trick below to stay aligned.

I hope you enjoy putting these consciousness techniques to enhance performance into practice the next time you are called to “perform!” Remember, the key to a quality performance is getting into, and staying in, a state of positive flow.

We would like to offer regular News Letters, Articles, Journals, Games etc. If you see any scope for us to make your inputs available through our site, do let me know how will it be possible. We wish to maintain a complete ethical approach in extending all the outsourced fecilities giving their creators all the credits and also promoting them. I’m now taking step by step training for creating this exclusive site and hope to launch this in 3 months. I like your work and hence approached you. With warm regards and appreciation.
