A Few Things I’d Like You to Know
“A Few Things I’d Like You to Know” was written by guest contributor, Babajide Faseyi
There’s a brilliant plan for your life and I don’t want you to fret about it. I don’t want you to stress about it. I want you to live in freedom knowing that the plan is in motion. I want you to be happy that you can’t understand the plan.
I want you to have peace even when things don’t make sense. I want you to know that you can be confused and still be in touch with an understanding that goes way deeper than any confusion.
I want you to live life awake. I don’t want you to be like a zombie, and sleepwalk through life. But you can sleepwalk if that is where life has you; there’s no one who so clearly understands the meaning of life as to say that sleepwalking isn’t a part of life’s plan.
I want you to live your life like life is a miracle. I want the beauty of every moment to make itself apparent to you. I want you to know that there is no one like you, ever.
I would like you to know that my love for you runs deep. It is you who I’m referring to, don’t look over your shoulder wondering who it is that I’m directing my love to. I would like you to know that all of my love goes out to you.
Blessings,
Babajide

About the Author: My name is Babajide Faseyi. I was born and raised in Nigeria and then moved to the United States for college at the age of 19. In my 20’s, I became acutely aware that there was more to life than I had been taught and this led me to a deep search. I read voraciously. After a period of disillusionment with not having an outlet for the creativity that I felt within myself, I encountered Eckhart Tolle’s book, The Power of Now. And thus, the journey of knowing who I truly am and the discovery of what I have to offer creatively began.
