Doubt has no authority over you
“Doubt has no authority over you” was written by guest contributor, Babajide Faseyi.
Yes, you may feel some doubt today, but even those who seem to be naturally confident feel doubt too. So it is okay for you to feel some doubt today too.
Yes, you may not be able to see a ray of hope through that doubt, but more than just a ray of hope exists underneath that doubt. There is a fountain of joy that never stops right underneath that doubt.
Remember that you were born to experience happiness and joy, but doubt is also a part of the spectrum of emotions. Just don’t allow the doubt to take away the happiness and joy that you were born to experience.
Remember that those who seem to be naturally confident also feel the highest confidence and the lowest doubt, and know that there is nothing wrong with you for feeling doubt today, if you happen to be feeling some doubt today too.

Reach back through the doubt you feel and feel the strength and confidence that you were born to experience. Reach back through any doubt you may be feeling today and know that the doubt you feel is natural, and then go one step further by not allowing the doubt to cloud your joy, peace, and your love for life.
Blessings, Babajide

About the Author: My name is Babajide Faseyi. I was born and raised in Nigeria and then moved to the United States for college at the age of 19. In my 20’s, I became acutely aware that there was more to life than I had been taught and this led me to a deep search. I read voraciously. After a period of disillusionment with not having an outlet for the creativity that I felt within myself, I encountered Eckhart Tolle’s book, The Power of Now. And thus, the journey of knowing who I truly am and the discovery of what I have to offer creatively began.
