Feng Shui Your Bedroom for Love, Healing & Relaxation!

Happy Feng Shui Friday!
Did you know that sleep is a “Spiritual Practice”? Well according to my recent finds in Miracles Now it is and when we are well rested the energetic vibrations we send out are happy and inspiring! Creating a sanctuary where you can rest and recharge is detrimental to your capacity to attract and receive more of what you desire. Here are a few of my favorite ways to feng shui your bedroom to activate your intentions for love, healing, and relaxation.
1. Balance~
A well balanced and attractive room allows for harmonious, restorative and sensual energy to flow. Be sure your bed is approachable from either side, place nightstands on both sides of your bed, and avoid having your bed directly in line with the door. Choose linens that are natural materials and colors such as red, white or bright green to bring in more passion to your space.
2. Create a Spark~
Appropriate lighting is very important, I think it’s worth another mention that light is our # 1 nutrient and the strongest manifestation of energy. Have several levels of lighting in your room to adjust the energy accordingly. Candles are the best Feng Shui bedroom lighting.
3. UnPlug~
Don’t mix “work and play”. Remember there is always time in the day if you want to create it for the things you want to accomplish. Declare the bedroom an electronic and exercise equipment free zone. We destroy the energy in our bedrooms when these items are present.
FUN FACT:
A pair of pink candles in the back right hand corner of your room can both add a spark and a glow to your love life while also attracting a new flame if you are single!
