There are trillions of cells doing highly complex things in you right now.  Letting in nutrients and letting out toxins in trillions of pathways.  Trillions!  Yet, not a single one of those vital transactions are happening by random occurrence.  You are not where you are or who you are by a random roll of the dice.

Your propensity for certain activities, places and cultures, the thoughts you think, the ideas that flow, none of those are simply happening by random occurrence.

Your heart is beating as it is meant to.  You are being cared for on levels you’re not able to be sensually perceptive of.  Yet, we still fall prone to hanging our heads in self-judgment, as opposed to taking corrective action and moving on with our lives when and where we need to.

Your life has appearance of being random but it is absolutely not.  Whenever we feel a bit out of sorts, or a bit fatigued, or just plain fed up with it all, let us remember that we are superbly cared for, and superbly held, no matter what happens on the surface of our lives.

Let us remember, and then act accordingly with that remembrance.
