Get Moving to Improve Your Vibrational Energy!
Did you know that your movement affects your vibrational energy? A body in motion has a higher vibrational frequency than an immobile one. To improve vibrational energy, it often helps to get moving.
Think about it. When you are depressed or down, are up and about moving around fast? NO! You are likely sacked out on the couch or in bed laying down.
Now, think about some of your most triumphant, elevated moments. Were you laying around the house for those? Probably not!
Elation is usually accompanied by some kind of movement. Jumping up and down, high fives and dancing are all common high-vibe movements. Of course, there are others too.
Now, his isn’t to say that you necessarily have a low vibration if you are sitting down or sleeping or meditating. Rather I just want to point out that moving can (and does) have a positive effect on the quality of your vibration. It’s an easy tool to have in your back pocket when you are feeling a little down and in need of a boost.
So, with this in mind, remember to get moving when you are feeling down or low. This could be as extreme as a vigorous workout routine or as simple as getting up to stretch and move around for a moment.
When you need a quick vibrational lift, remember to get moving!

This is so true in my case, whenever i feel down esp during extreme winter season, i get up and do an INSANITY workout or hot yoga session. After this, i am completely in a different mind set than i was before. Being active knocks off any lazy/depressed energy right away.
