Enough With the Shoulds and Shouldn’ts!
Do you have any goals you are currently working towards? Reduce the “shoulds and shouldn’ts” from your vocabulary for more success!
“Shoulds” and “shouldn’ts” imply there is a right and a wrong way to do things. Though the Law of Attraction allows us to have anything we want, anyway we want to have it, using words like “should” and “shouldn’t” limit our options-because they create rigid rules on how we need to act in order to achieve what we want.

For example, let’s say you would like to lose some weight for the summer. If you find yourself often saying “I should go to the gym” or “I shouldn’t eat that piece of cake,” you will actually be creating a reality that requires you to go to the gym and avoid cake if you want to lose weight. These phrases reinforce a limiting belief that weight loss must be achieved in a very specific way.
Now, there’s nothing wrong with going to the gym or eating healthy. However, it is possible to lose weight without doing these two things. Why not stay open to the possibilities?
So, to create more flexibility and improve your ability to create more of what you want be mindful of these two words. Choose to either eliminate them or replace them with phrases like “I would prefer” or “I would rather.”
Stay open and flexible, and you’ll find it becomes easier to manifest the things you want!
