Pretty profound, Andrea. Thank you. Would you suggest that we should always only focus on the positive aspects of any situation? What we can learn, etc? I think that is the thrust of this video. I think it is very good advice.
Thanks Tom, yet that absolutely helps. I would suggest one caveat, though. Should you find yourself “being negative” give yourself permission to do so. When we don’t allow ourselves to be disappointed or experience negative feelings we inadvertently keep ourselves stuck in them longer (i.e., we feel bad, then we feel bad for feeling bad) <3
