    Hello Andrea,

i would like to share with you one experience that i have with one video inspiration of John Asaraf that he was explaining that if we should be motivated or commited? And he was explaining the reason why we should be commited to our goals. Why its important to be comminted on this that we want to do otherwise if we are motivated then we will fail.

I would like to listen also from you a video explaining with your own way about commiting to our goals and how much important is this of the aspect of visualization too.

    Kind regards

Hi Christos, commitment is (in essence) a belief that your journey to your goal is a PART of you (rather than something outside of yourself you must be motivated to captivate). Commitment validates the journey, while motivation does not (as it implies must force yourself to be on the journey).

Thank you for the video suggestion!
