Today, I’d like to share a quick tip to raise a low vibration. After all, we all experience less-than-fabulous moments in life, and it can help to have a few tools in your toolbox to cope with such times!

Remember, the best thing you can do to shape your reality is to tend towards a more positive vibration with as much consistency as you can. This doesn’t mean you aren’t allowed to be “upset,” but rather that you favor the quality of your life the happier you tend to be. If you do nothing else when it comes to creating your reality, keep learning how to shift from dark into light-it’s really all you need to do.
