    Hello Andrea,

    thanks for helping us with life’s journey . I have grown immensely with all your videos.

    I wanted to ask you for a suggestion, I know this may not be an appropriate place and situation to ask . But this is on a

    personal level since you are a more evolved person consciously than the rest of us.

    I have the habit of sleeping too much. Usually for 8 hrs but on holidays it sometimes goes upto 10 hrs. I’ ve been trying

    hard to break the habit. I feel if I could manage that, I could be more productive with my life and really do so much

    more. As I see it, you are multi tasking and playing different roles with ease and poise. You even reply to all of our posts .

    How do you manage ?

    I would say that sleep isn’t really a problem…if anything it is a way for your body to get into alignment. This is why when people are sick or depressed they often want to sleep a lot.

    So, instead of pushing against the sleep, I might try to turn it around and tell myself that I am getting “extra aligned” with all of the extra sleep! This helps you integrate the positive aspects of sleep without resisting it.

    The truth of the matter is, if you are in a high level of alignment, you will get a LOT done as you are at your maximum creative potential. So, if it takes some extra sleep-that’s perfectly fine <3

    Work with what you can Anonymous…the further people are from you the more you’ll have to be creative on how to apply this 🙂

    See I’m just stunned by this because the first thing I do is I always think of all the good qualities that person has or I love that they are kind or I love that they are good with people and I like that they can fix things and they’re nice to me and other people and so on and so on all the other thoughts don’t even go cross my mind so then it makes me really trouble to know where am I really going wrong here
