Do You Appreciate Each Day (& Every Part of It)?
Do you appreciate each day?
Back when I worked in the normal “working world” before I learned about the Law of Attraction, I certainly did not. Like many people, I considered myself a weekend warrior. Grind all week, enjoy Friday night through Sunday.
Monday’s were a drag. In fact, any time I wasn’t home or out partying to resolve the stress of the week I was relatively strung out.
Perhaps you’ve been there too.
As I’ve grown with the Law of Attraction, though, I’ve come to understand just how important it is that we appreciate each day and every part of it.
The more we come to appreciate each moment we live in, the more we reside in a state of vibrational alignment and flow.

And as you may already know, being in vibrational alignment and flow is the trick to enjoying your life. A high vibration is the key to positive manifestation and personal fulfillment.
So today, I encourage you to take inventory of your week. Are there any days or times that you typically dread or don’t enjoy?
Perhaps it’s Monday morning, like it was for me. Or maybe, it’s coming back from your lunch break. Maybe it’s while running errands or doing chores, or during certain other obligations.
Once you have your list of “unenjoyable times,” give them a makeover.
Maybe officially make Monday the day you go out for a nice meal after work, or the day you dress up the nicest (and therefore get the most compliments).
Perhaps after lunch, you turn on your favorite radio station while you work, or do your favorite work tasks during this time.
Brainstorm, and implement, ways to pep up your least favorite times until they become enjoyable. Rinse and repeat this process on other times that typically get you down. Keep at it until you start to enjoy the bulk of each and every day.
Here are a few examples of ways I’ve turned around typically unenjoyable times:
- Listening to music, podcasts or audiobooks while doing the laundry or other chores.
- Turning a boring drive into a more enjoyable one by taking the scenic route.
- Rewarding a typically busy day by picking up a movie I’ve been wanting to watch that evening.
- Reading a fun book or listening to the Pandora comedy stations (though my earbuds) while waiting for an appointment.
- Chatting up the person next to me when waiting in a long line.
Those are just a few examples of ways you can add greater enjoyment into each and every day, but I’m sure you can come up with many more if you put your mind to it!
Do what you can to appreciate each day and every part of it. Not only will life be more pleasant, but you’ll find things naturally go your way a lot more often (thanks to the Law of Attraction!).
