Fearless Friday: 3 Fearless Females to Follow

“3 Fearless Females to Follow” was written by guest contributor, Jennifer Nguyen.

It’s Fearless Friday!

While our spiritual path is mostly a solo journey I believe it’s important to have mentors to help guide us along the way. Over the last few years I’ve grown considerably, have gotten really comfortable in my own skin and have turned some of my biggest dreams into reality! I would love to share with you a few of the light workers who have illuminated a fearless path for me in becoming the person I aspire to be…

#1: Gabrielle Bernstein~

Over four years have past since my husband came home from Barnes and Nobles excited to give me a book he had saved from being discarded. The cover had an image of a beautiful woman standing on a skateboard in the middle of a busy city street wearing angel wings, he said he got the book because it reminded him of me (thanks babe!).

I could have never dreamt up the expansive journey that book would lead me on! Gabrielle Bernstein has come a long way from her New York City party girl roots; she’s become a best selling author and thought leader for our future generation! Applying her teachings from “A Course in Miracles” and subtle spirit-junkie shifts have miraculously changed my life.

Gabrielle reminds us that people will be ok with your “dark side” if you are, and when we choose to perceive love over fear life begins to flow. If you weren’t familiar with her work I would suggest reading “May Cause Miracles” (seriously pick it up on your way home from work and start it this weekend!!) and begin your forty-day radical transformation!

”Be an energetic match for what you desire.” ~Gabrielle Bernstein

#2. Danielle Laporte~

I discovered Danielle Laporte on social media through her “Truth Bombs” and it was insta-love!

Danielle makes us question, “Who we were before the world told us whom we should be.” She’s a best selling Canadian author who has a beautiful simplicity when speaking from her heart that resonates with the very truth in your soul.

I find she really has mastered the art of putting human experiences into words that we are often only able to feel. Her bluntness and occasional “f-bomb” have taught me that it’s okay to be fearlessly authentic and still remain a feminine goddess! Go follow her for daily inspiration and truth!

“Say what your soul needs to say,” #Truthbomb

#3. Tara Stiles~

I discovered Tara Stiles yoga videos when I started an at home yoga practice with my second pregnancy. She has since been a huge inspiration to my daily practice and in my opinion is one of the coolest yoga instructors in the Universe!

Tara is the founder of Strala Yoga in New York and has branded herself internationally. From not using Sanskrit to simply “moving how it feels good to move” I admire her “make your own rules” attitude and fearless approach to yoga. She has some great YouTube videos that make this whole-hearted practice accessible to everyone!

Her humble roots turned innovator in the industry is a great reminder to never be afraid to dream a little bigger!

“Go after what gives you goose bumps.”  -Tara Stiles
