How To Increase Good Vibes When You’re Already Happy
If you are currently in a good mood, you are already projecting high vibrational energy. However, the sky is the limit on good vibes, so you can take this good state and push it even higher! Here are four easy techniques to show you how to increase good vibes when you’re already happy:
- Feel your body’s sensations. When we feel good emotionally, we also feel good physically. In high vibrational times, take a moment to observe how good your body feels in the moment. Maybe you have some feel-good goosebumps, or your body is buzzing or tingling. You might even feel some electric energy at the top of your head which indicates that your crown chakra is open and receiving energy from the universe. Really feel these sensations to add more excitement and pleasure to your good vibes.
- Talk about it! If something is going well for you, talk about it! Have conversations with friends, update your status on Facebook or do anything to get the message out that you are in a good place. The key is not to brag, but simply to say something positive like “things have been going so well at work” or “I’m having such a great day!” You’ll feel even better and the people around you will start to expect good things for you too!
- Start going down memory lane now: Did something good happen 5 minutes ago? Replay it in your mind to increase your vibration. The wonderful thing about positive events is that they can be played back at any time and they’ll still make you feel good.
- Give thanks for your happy state. Whatever the reason for your happiness, take a moment to thank the universe/God/source/whomever for your good fortune. Gratitude increases your good vibes!
