I’ve had a lot of trouble getting my pre-baby body back. It’s been hard for me to get in shape with toddlers and very little time to work out with my work/family balance. Suggestions??
So right now at this time I am in my worse physical condition. More than 100lbs overweight. The past 5 years have been very difficult because of severe medical problems, that have happened one right after the other. The most recent being an infection in my mouth where I’ve had to have all but 7 teeth removed. I work really hard to not let things get to me emotionally, but sometimes with the physical pain it is difficult. To be really honest with you I am very ashamed of myself for having gained all this weight, and am thinking of having weight loss surgery. I have a really bad knee that needs to be replaced, but it cannot be operated on because I had sepsis in that knee. So I’m considered high risk.
I guess what my thoughts are, that yes my body and mind are messed up. But how can I change it. I honestly don’t wallow in self pity around what I’ve been through and am a really positive person. Although, I can’t release my weight, in my mind I really want to. Sorry for going on.
Is it by visualize your ideal body that you attract it or visualize doing exercises? I heard that you need to visualize the “process” and not the final results. But there’s a lot of confusion about this!
Hey France! Great question…it is the other way around (visualize the final result, not the process). When we visualize the final result, we are led to the correct processes. Hope that makes sense! I’ll have another video coming up soon on process (inspired action).

This video is so good! I remember being at certain points in my life when I was struggling really bad with my mental health and how my body reflected what was going on internally. I’ve gradually lost a little over 50lbs over the last year and a half. And I know it’s because I’ve been working on my mental health and self-development. I’m in this kind of middle place where I don’t hate my body anymore, I love and appreciate it, and now I want to get to a place where I love being IN my body and how it looks, and to fall back in love with things like fitness, fashion, and beauty; all those things that get thrown by the wayside when the mind is not well. Thanks for this, Andrea! I can’t wait to get into the next video!
Do you think it’s possible to change breast size, specifically REDUCE the size? I’ve seen many women talk about enlarging but mine are so heavy they not only hurt my back but they’re a big factor in my low self esteem, which is why I think I have a lot of resistance towards them being smaller. Any thoughts?
I believe 100%. I am working on changing my mind, but catch myself in lower states of vibration. The process is working but at present it is slow. I am wondering if it is because that is somehow my belief. I refuse to starve and so made a decision that its okay if it comes off slow. I am regretting that. somehow I thought it had to be slow in order to be sustainable. Now I regret that.

Then I remember and honest to goodness it was like I could feel how I felt back then. It was a time that I was excelling at many things in my life… somewhere I petered out!! Hi Andrea . I’m new to your channel. I do believe that we create our reality .
I clearly see an injury where I fell and had multiple broken bones dec 1 2020 was from a fear and my “then” mindset . I was hence easily manipulated by a toxic person who I worked with at the time , into believing I had to keep working past my allowed retirement age 65 ( his reality) My fall I suspect was subconsciously my way “out” of the situation ; I I had to have an emergency hip replacement but my mobility progress is stuck and it’s been two years my rehab Physio encourages me to keep going as I also have severe concussion . I feel as if my mind is holding me hostage but I can’t seem to progress
I am the shortest person out of all of my brothers and sisters. Even all of my neices and nephews over the age of 10 are taller than me. I have shrunk from 4′ 11″ down to 4′ 10″. My scoliosis might have something to do with that. I not only want to lose weight; I also want to increase height. But I am detetmined to use manifestation to try to do both. Any tips, Andrea?

I actually wrote this massive comment but it didn’t post. .. basically I manifested my ideal body over the past 2 yrs. ..in a nutshell was about to get weightloss surgery, didn’t get it, found a different program and 2 years later I am healthy and lean. I really think that was spot on and that is something I needed to hear. My question is I am 46 and have a health issue that I am working on eradicating in my life and I feel like my hormones can at times be out of control and since my last surgery I have gained 10 lbs. I am working on changing my mindset about aging and entering into menopause do you have some advice about that? Thanks again!
Absolutely true. I was a bikini fitness model in my 20s. During the Plandemic, I got in the worst shape and it was a struggle to go back. I never went back fully. I just finished my exams in med school I gained extra 10 kg so in total I gotta lose 20 Kg. Im working hard on my mental state, going back to working out & gradually going back to healthy eating. When I hit my 66 kg, im going back to the gym. Then ill have just another 8-10 kg to lose while ofvourse toning up all the way so that I don’t lose my muscle. I’m sure ill look even better than I was in my 20s
