my question is how do I know for sure what exercises are what I want to be doing? There are a lot of ones I think are fun. How do I choose the best one?
Another good point on this is overtraining. As a personal trainer and student of the LOA I can see how people overdo it, which violates the point about inspired action.

Hi, Andrea! Thank you for this video! My question is: How can I live in a state of happiness to lose weight? I have noticed that when I go to my family’s country (Ecuador) & I am surrounded by my family who loves me, I naturally don’t eat as much or feel the need to. I just eat fruits (for the most part), sometimes cheese & sometimes chocolate. But then I get back to the United States & I have nothing really blocking me from over-eating (nor my family around) so I gain the weight back & then some. What should I do?
Hello, thank you for your video. However, I don’t think this is the right series for me. I would like to manifest shorter height. I guess what I want overall is a more feminine physique, including smaller and less muscular shoulders. I don’t think I can come up with any inspired action behind that. Am I right to think that this may not be the right series for me? Thank you.
Funny story: 2 months ago I went to the gym to start doing some exercise so I could lose the weight I gained over the last 4 years. I was not convinced by the type of excercises so I gained weight intead of losing it. After I heard some of your YouTube videos I thought on the best type of excercise I took before and I loved doing it. So I took two clases and it was like magic. I know! My brain took me there! Amaizing!
