In all honesty Tay it changes a lot (I don’t restrict what I eat). I do eat a lot of the Quest products though…if you are interested in higher protein foods they’ve got a lot of good ones 🙂

Hi. I really like your more practical take on the LOA. Especially as pertaining to fitness and food choices .
It’s been a bit of a challenge to hit the workout pace I would like , this past year . What with my Menares Disease ( Tinnitus ), that causes horrible dizzy spells and nausea at times . But I have followed a similar food choice strategy , as explained in your video for some time now . I simply go by intuition in the moment for what my body craves , and it generally seems to work out best for me .
Andrea, I whole heartedly love and agree with this video. I stopped labeling food as good or bad, and it has completely changed everything for me. I eat what I (I follow my food bliss), I’ve changed my relationship with food (I don’t stuff myself anymore), and I eat when it is called for. I’ve done this for a year now and on top of exercising on average 6 days a week, I’m no longer staring at the jeans I WISHED I could get into. I do! I wasn’t carrying a lot of weight to start, but had a little belly puge. I still have a little more work to get to my ideal body, but I know I’m well on my way (my 2 pack is back and I haven’t seen them since 1999). My vision board helps to keep me in rememberance of my vision of my desired physical form. Thanks again for the great videos. Keep up the good work!

Love these videos Andrea. I was wondering if you would have any suggestions on changing thoughts about weight gain after menopause. We are so bombarded with info that says you will gain weight that I have latched onto to that story and have added 30 lbs over the last year.
