REVIEW- I signed up for the Superior Fitness course a few months ago and loved it!!!!! I’ve dropped 15 pounds and two dress sizes and I’m looking better than ever. The best thing is that I’m enjoying the whole thing and have a ton of motivation and excitement to keep going. Andrea’s advise is legit if you want to get in great shape. 100% recommend!
This video series was SO good and I’m glad I watched it all the way through! It really helped me reframe my approach to achieving my ideal body. When I thought about what I want my body to be a representation and symbol of, and what I want my body to say about me, I said “strong and sensual”. I have been wanting to take pole fitness classes for literal YEARS and today took inspired action! I signed up and scheduled all my classes for the coming month! I’ve also been reframing my energy around how I’ve been eating. I was away from home for six months and I just got back a few weeks ago. I’ve been hitting up all of my favorite spots for food and drinks. Instead of shaming myself, I’m choosing to feel good about it because I’m back home and I wanted to indulge in all the things I missed while I was away. I’ve really enjoyed myself and now I’m content to chill and spread my visits out. Thank you Andrea for this wonderful series!
What do I think about the whole series? I do think very high! And agree 100% with everything you’re talking about. I imagine that what serves me and my body as a consequence is everything that makes me radiant – whether it’s food or kind of activity or sometimes inactivity. So before I choose anything to eat or do, I give myself a moment to feel if this is in a direction I want or the opposite. So the FEELING GOOD is my compass now. I think I start getting it. Thank you, Andrea. You helped me collect another piece of the puzzle of the whole idea of manifestation.

Got some Ah-Ha moments on this series and your audio, “Why do I gain weight”. I really do well when I have the correct trainer for me. It helps me get out of confusion and judgement when an expert is involved. I also connotate hiring a trainer with being “wealthy”. That “Why do I gain weight” audio really made me think back to a time when I was in shape – my life was also in very good shape.
