A 3-Part Morning Routine for Law of Attraction Junkies
So many people begin their day by hitting the alarm repeatedly, dragging themselves out of bed and simply hating life for the first hour of the day. Unfortunately, this kind of morning routine can really set the stage for a crummy day with the Law of Attraction.
Why not turn this around? Here is a 3-part morning routine any Law of Attraction junkie can adopt that can help make the morning much more pleasant, and set the tone for a happier and much more successful day.
1. Practice Gratitude:
Before even hopping out of bed, take a moment to review a few things that have been going well for you.
As soon as you wake up, make it a standard practice to identify at least a handful of things you are happy and grateful for in life. They could be big things, like your home or your relationships, or they could be small things, like having cozy sheets or some new cool purchase you recently picked up.
Spending time saying “thank you” for the things that are going well in your life not only feels good, but it also puts you in the vibe of receiving more pleasant things as the day progresses.
2. Meditate:
I mention meditation a lot, but that’s because it’s just that important! 5-10 minutes of meditation in the morning can be enough to set your vibe at the right frequency to attract the things you want throughout the day.
If you’ve gotten into a “meditation rut” feel free to check out this page on my website with several meditation alternatives to keep things from getting stale.
3. Set intentions:
With the Law of Attraction, the recipe is “ask, believe and receive.” Knowing this, why not start the day off with a little bit of asking? Set the wheels in motion to receive something you want.
I personally use the morning time to ask for small things I feel are believable manifestations for the day (like having a day that runs smoothly, writing a good article for my blog or having fun with friends and family). This way, not only have I “asked,” but it’s relatively easy for me to “believe” in order to “receive!”
Having this habit has not only helped me attract a lot of pleasant stuff day-to-day, but it has also helped me to build more and more confidence in my ability to manifest the things I want.
As you may already know, more confidence in your attracting skills leads to bigger and more frequent positive manifestations. For this reason, setting daily intentions in your morning routine can be a very powerful exercise!
So, are you a Law of Attraction junkie, and if so, do you practice gratitude, meditate or set intentions in the morning? What do you do to get your day started off on the right foot? Comment below and share your thoughts!
Happy Manifesting,
Andrea

In running my business I do a lot of in-town driving so red lights have historically been a source of irritation for me. Using the ‘ask believe receive’ I have attracted a whole lot more green lights than red most of the time. I have had days where I’ve driven over 25 miles without one red light!
I’ve also found if I get irritated with other drivers it interrupts this though. So now I also practice seeing the other driver doing the thing I would have wanted them to do instead of their behavior that led to my irritation. Easier said than done, but I am getting better with more practice.

I started drinking hot tea about two years ago. I’m a little late to the game, I know. Something about it really clicked with me, especially first thing in the morning. So now, over the course of the past year and a half, my morning tea has become almost a ritual for me. I make it and then take it outside so I can enjoy nature and the quiet of the early morning. This is when I thank the universe for whatever gifts I’ve received, I ask for what I need now, and I set my intention for the day. It has truly been a life changing routine for me and brings me a tremendous amount of peace daily.

Hi Kara! I do like tea but I’m still a slave to the coffee addiction. Perhaps I should make the switch?? 🙂 All the best, Andrea

Yes Mike! That’s great. I should have my husband read your post. He gets super irritated with other drivers and then wonders why he’s always stuck in traffic! LOL
Thanks for sharing,
Andrea 🙂

Great post! You are right, it’s very important to be grateful for what we have in our lives, and focusing on that when you wake up is in itself a great way to raise your vibration. I also try to make time for a short meditation each day. It makes me feel calm, focused, and ready to tackle all the work I have to do for that day.

Hi Kathy! Thanks for your comment, I really appreciate it. I agree with you on the meditation, and you’re right-they can be short! Just a few minutes in the morning can really make a substantial difference. -Andrea 🙂

I do actually, although I would not call myself a LOA junkie. I’ve learned, that once you become good at “letting it go” and saying “It does not matter”. I have gotten a great deal of things manifest for me with rapid speed.
Despite that, its the receiving (aka waiting) that usually gets the best of me.

Hi Michael! Yes…the waiting is often the trickiest part for many of us! Ironically, when we are “ok” with the waiting, we don’t have to wait too long 🙂 Have a great weekend:)

Thanks for the post. I shall surely try intention setting and make my intentions quite simple. I totally believe in the law of attraction and I have received several proofs from experience but am super stuck at the moment. I guess I should start with small simple manifestations, I could gain momentum late on.

Have fun with it Daniel 🙂
